They will shut down automatically if they cannot keep going. All the people mining work with the same temperatures more or less depending on their GPUs cooler. 60-70 is common.

My GPU runs on 68 average, hitting 70 occasionally. I think that EWBF miner has also a default temperature protection system that stops the miner if the card gets too hot but I am not sure about it.
